TMR Hotel Collection, an Ireland-based hotel chain operator, completed the acquisition of Fleet Hotel, a 4-star boutique hotel, from Windward, a hospitality management company, and Fleet Street, a company that offers a wide range of private healthcare services. Financial terms were not disclosed.
