Power International Holding completed the acquisition of MTS from Kazakhtelecom JSC.

Power International Holding, a Qatar-based conglomerate, completed the acquisition of MTS, a provider of ultrafast 5G connectivity, from Kazakhtelecom JSC, a telecommunication company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “With PIH’s diverse portfolio-including AI-powered applications, cloud analytics, robotic process automation, and AI-enhanced customer engagement-we are fully committed to positioning Tele2 as a true telecom and digital champion in Kazakhstan,” Mikhail Gerchuk, PIH CEO of the Telecom Group.
