IKM Flux completed the acquisition of valve repair business of MRC Global Norway.

IKM Flux, a company that provides fluid management solutions for the energy and renewable industries, completed the acquisition of valve repair business of MRC Global Norway, a supplier of pipe, valve, and fitting products and services in Norway. Financial terms were not disclosed. "IKM Flux AS, a supplier of umbilicals, valves, valve services, hoses, complete laboratory and analysis equipment, will further strengthen its position in the valve market with this acquisition. In addition to delivering new valves to customers, the company will now be able to assist customers with Total Valve Management, which includes valve service throughout the valve's entire life cycle.
