The Blackstone Group to acquire the remaining 50% stake in The Arch Company from TT Group for £1bn.

The Blackstone Group, a US-based private equity firm, agreed to acquire the remaining 50% stake in The Arch Company, a commercial real estate agency in London, from TT Group, one of the UK’s largest real estate investors, for £1bn.
