Auxo Investment Partners-backed Precision Products Group completed the acquisition of Cindus.

Auxo Investment Partners-backed Precision Products Group, a manufacturer of small diameter spiral wound paper tubing, completed the acquisition of Cindus, a manufacturer and converter of specialty creped and calendered paper products.
