Fremman Capital, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of IESSE Diagnostica Senese, an Italian producer of innovative diagnostic systems. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Over the past five years, we have invested more than 10% of our revenues into research and development, focusing on innovation in immune system diagnostics. With Fremman’s contribution, we aim to widely disseminate this innovation in the coming years, helping patients worldwide achieve better diagnoses and more effective treatment,” Massimiliano Boggetti, DIESSE CEO.
