EDT Offshore, a leading provider of integrated marine and subsea services, and Synergy Marine Group, a global ship management company specializing in quality-driven technical management, have completed the formation of EDT Synergy Shipmanagement, a joint venture company focused on delivering tailored ship management solutions to the offshore industry.
