Atlas Energy Solutions completed the acquisition of Moser Energy Systems for $220m.

Atlas Energy Solutions, a provider of proppant and logistics services to the oil and gas industry, completed the acquisition of Moser Energy Systems, a provider of distributed power solutions, for $220m. “We are very excited to complete the acquisition of Moser, which brings together two innovative companies.
