Atlas Energy Solutions to acquire Moser Energy Systems for $220m.

Atlas Energy Solutions, a provider of proppant and logistics services to the oil and gas industry, agreed to acquire Moser Energy Systems, a provider of distributed power solutions, for $220m. “Today marks yet another exciting milestone for Atlas.
