Graham and 42 West Constructors completed the acquisition of Canadian powerline construction and maintenance assets from Rokstad Power (2018) and FTI Consulting.

Graham, a construction services and civil engineering provider, and 42 West Constructors, a supplier of skilled labour for large-scale industrial maintenance, completed the acquisition of Canadian powerline construction and maintenance assets, from Rokstad Power (2018), a utility services company, and FTI Consulting, a business consultancy firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Graham is very excited for the opportunity to welcome a highly capable team that will now operate as Graham Power Services, delivering maintenance and construction of overhead and underground distribution and transmission systems, as well as emergency response to storms and substation services,” Thomas Grell, Graham Executive Vice President.
