Lunate completed the acquisition of a minority stake in ADNOC Gas Pipelines from Snam for €234m.

Lunate, an Abu Dhabi-based global alternative investment manager, completed the acquisition of a minority stake in ADNOC Gas Pipelines, a gas pipeline network, from Snam, a gas infrastructure operator, for €234m. “ADNOC Gas Pipelines is a key asset within the UAE’s energy infrastructure system.
