InfoGuard completed the acquisition of Communication Systems.

InfoGuard, a Swiss company specializing in comprehensive cybersecurity and network solutions, completed the acquisition of Communication Systems, an established German cybersecurity provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. “In recent years, we’ve buttressed our market position in Switzerland and successfully gained a foothold in our key markets of Germany and Austria. The acquisition of Com-Sys reinvigorates us in our stated goal of pursuing a strong growth strategy. We’re set to become one of the largest cybersecurity experts. As such, we’ll be able to offer our 360° cyber security throughout the German-speaking region in the future,” Thomas Meier, InfoGuard CEO.
