EQT Partners completed the acquisition of Kryalos's logistics assets.

EQT Partners, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Kryalos's logistics assets. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We aim to reach around €16bn in assets under management by 2027. We’re focusing on several sectors, including credit. The most recent move involves two year-end contributions to the UTP fund called Keystone, which is expected to raise about €830m in gross book value over three years,” Paolo Bottelli, Kryalos SGR CEO.
