Silver Economy Fund completed the acquisition of Medical International Research from Aksia.

Silver Economy Fund, an open-end fund, completed the acquisition of Medical International Research, a global medical device and software company, from Aksia, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The MIR takeover stands as another important building block in smulang the growth of the porolio companies of this fund that is once again invesng in the medical devices sector. This investment well illustrates the strategy operated by the group, which invests in Italian enterprises with an internaonal outlook. MIR is already a leader in the spirometry sector and we are very condent that the team's know-how and the management will promptly take it to become the prime player on a global scale,” Alessandro Binello, Quadrivio Group Group CEO.
