Seaya Ventures, a venture capital firm that invests in and accelerates the growth of tech companies, completed the acquisition of a 55% stake in Nax Solutions, the Alicante-based agricultural SaaS company specializing in AI and satellite-powered predictive models. Financial terms were not disclosed.
