Simon Property Group completed the acquisition of The Mall Luxury Outlets from Kering for €350m.

Simon Property Group, an American real estate investment trust, completed the acquisition of The Mall Luxury Outlets, an owner and operator of the two luxury outlets in Italy, from Kering, a French multinational holding company specializing in luxury goods, for €350m.
