Yumbah Aquaculture completed the acquisition of Clean Seas Seafood for AUD29.3m.

Yumbah Aquaculture, an Australia’s largest shellfish aquaculture company with farms and offices throughout the country, completed the acquisition of Clean Seas Seafood, an aquaculture company engaged in the breeding, farming, and processing of Spencer Gulf Kingfish and other marine species, for AUD29.3m. “This is an important transaction for our business, and one that has been accomplished with sound and pragmatic advice from K&L Gates, which was delivered in a highly pro-active and responsive manner.
