Art of Mobility completed the acquisition of MV Agusta Motor from KTM.

Art of Mobility, an investment holding company, completed the acquisition of MV Agusta Motor, a motorcycle manufacturer, from KTM, an Austrian motorcycle, bicycle, and motorsports brand. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are entering a new and exciting era for MV Agusta.
