InCar, a multi-brand vehicle repair chain, completed the acquisition of collision repair and painting business of Porhon Autoliike, a full-service car dealer offering quality vehicles selection and maintenance services, and automotive painting business of Automaalaamo H. Tuomivaara, a car repair and maintenance services provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The transaction concluded now strengthens our foothold in the Rovaniemi and Northern Finland markets. The expansion supports our strategy to develop our services and offer our customers an even more comprehensive and high-quality damage repair service, also with car dealerships,” Tommi Vatén, InCar COO.
