IES Holdings completed the acquisition of Arrow Engine business from TriMas.

IES Holdings, a provider of electrical contracting services, completed the acquisition of Arrow Engine business from TriMas, a manufacturer of a diverse set of products. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We would like to thank the Arrow Engine management team for its contributions to TriMas and its leadership throughout the sale process.
