Evidensia Dyrehospital, a company operating within the animal healthcare sector, completed the acquisition of Dyrlægegruppen Dania, a company that operates as a veterinarian clinic. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The veterinary group Dania has two locally anchored departments in Central Jutland, and we therefore have a unique opportunity to strengthen and develop Evidensia in the area, with two very attractive Animal Hospitals. The Animal Hospitals are located in Hinnerup and Hammel, respectively, slightly north, northwest of Aarhus," Evidensia Dyrehospital statement.
