IDAK Food Group completed the acquisition of Kern & Sammet.

IDAK Food Group, a manufacturer of frozen food, completed the acquisition of Kern & Sammet, a frozen-goods bakery. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The merger of K&S with Romer’s enables the IDAK Food Group to take the next strategic growth steps in the frozen bakery goods segment,” Christof Lehmann, IDAK CEO.
