Arterex, a medical device developer, completed the acquisition of Adroit, a vertically integrated contract manufacturer that specializes in complete medical device manufacturing. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Through this integration, we are able to provide a breadth of new manufacturing, metal fabrication, and machining capabilities, as well as leverage best-in-class technologies to expand our solution offerings.
