Andera Partners, a private equity firm specializing in investment management, completed the minority investment in IDI-backed CDS Groupe, a provider of business services and solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Ziad and his team have demonstrated their ability to drive both strong organic and external growth, establishing Groupe CDS as a major European player with a comprehensive suite of business travel management solutions.
