Omda, a provider of specialized software for the healthcare industry, completed the acquisition of Dermicus, a provider of purpose-built technology for the fast and secure diagnosis and treatment of skin conditions, with a focus on skin cancer and wound management. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are excited to welcome Dermicus to Omda. Both companies share a deep domain knowledge.
