Alma Media completed the acquisition of Edilex Lakitieto from Edita.

Alma Media, a Finnish media company focusing on digital services and journalistic content, completed the acquisition of Edilex Lakitieto, a legal information services provider, from Edita, a communication and information company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Edilex Lakitieto seamlessly enhances the service offering of the Alma Legal Insights unit.
