Europart completed the acquisition of Experica.

Europart, a German commercial vehicle spare parts provider, completed the acquisition of Experica, an Italian commercial vehicle parts dealer. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Acquisition of Experica as Italian market leader marks an exciting step in our growth strategy.
