Quadrant Private Equity, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Herron Todd White, an independent property valuation firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We look forward to supporting HTW by investing in people, technology and data assets, and helping to expand its capabilities through acquisitions to accelerate the company’s growth plans,” Gareth Woodbridge, Quadrant Private Equity Managing Partner and Co-Head of the Buyout Strategy.
