Bridge Specialty Group completed the acquisition of LocalEdge formerly NBS Insurance Agency from Nationwide Property & Casualty.

Bridge Specialty Group, a company specializing in global wholesale insurance distribution and Brown & Brown, a brokerage firm, completed the acquisition of NBS Insurance Agency, a wholesale insurance market access provider, from Nationwide Property & Casualty, a commercial and personal P&C insurer. Financial terms were not disclosed. “NBS has served as a wholesaler and market access provider for retail agents for more than 50 years, providing superior service to their customers and retail broker partners.
