Arcus Infrastructure Partners completed the acquisition of 51% stake in Powering.

Arcus Infrastructure Partners, a private equity firm based in UK, completed the acquisition of 51% stake in Powering, a company active in Italy in the rental of electric generators. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Partnering with Arcus marks a key milestone in Powering’s journey.
