OTC Industrial Technologies to acquire Premier Equipment Corporation and Premier Control Systems.

OTC Industrial Technologies agreed to acquire Premier Equipment Corporation, a distributor of rotating equipment, and Premier Control Systems, a design and fabrication provider of control panels.
