Silver Oak Services Partners, BlackRock Secondaries & Liquidity Solutions, and Hollyport Capital completed an investment in Smile Partners USA.

Silver Oak Services Partners, a lower middle market private equity firm, BlackRock Secondaries & Liquidity Solutions, a global investor in private market secondaries, and Hollyport Capital, a specialist secondary investor focused on capturing value in legacy private equity assets, completed an investment in Smile Partners USA. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are very excited to announce the closing of this new continuation fund.
