Applied Materials and TPG completed an investment in Elevated Materials.

Applied Materials, a global company in materials engineering solutions and TPG, a global alternative asset management firm, completed an investment in Elevated Materials, a company specializing in the production of ultra-thin lithium films. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Today’s battery market is under immense pressure to deliver improved battery performance and lower cost. We are helping our customers solve these challenges with our differentiated roll-to-roll vapor deposition technology.
