Catalonia Hotels & Resorts completed the acquisition of the Hesperia del Mar hotel in Barcelona from Meridia Capital for €27.7m.

Catalonia Hotels & Resorts, a hospitality group, completed the acquisition of the Hesperia del Mar hotel in Barcelona from Meridia Capital, a private equity for €27.7m. “With this addition, we reaffirm once again our commitment to the city of Barcelona, an area which we believe still has growth potential and above all because it represents a safe value in the long term,” Federico Holzmann, Catalonia Hotels & Resorts Global Head of Real Estate.
