FS Builder Resources completed the acquisition of Leedo Cabinets from Leedo Manufacturing.

FS Builder Resources, a supplier of home building materials and services, completed the acquisition of Leedo Cabinets, a US manufacturer of wooden kitchen and bath cabinetry, from Leedo Manufacturing, the parent company of Leedo Cabinets. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Adding Leedo Cabinets to the FS Builder Resources family gives builders a single point of purchase offering greater product choice, material control, and convenience. Leedo Cabinets has been in operation for 54 years and delivers a quality American made product. We are confident FS Builder Resources customers will be excited about selecting kitchen and bath cabinetry for their building projects,” Graham Lynch, FS Builder Resources COO.
