Skyla, a neighborhood credit union, completed the acquisition of Policyline Insurance, a provider of insurance products and employee benefits consulting services based in Cornelius, North Carolina. Financial terms were not disclosed. The acquisition strengthens Skyla's ability to provide Skyla Credit Union's corporate accounts and sponsor companies with customized benefits offerings that support workforce attraction, retention, and cost-efficiency.
