Warburg Pincus-backed Infoniqa to acquire BRZ from Nürnberger Baugruppe.

Warburg Pincus-backed Infoniqa, an Austria-based HR software provider, agreed to acquire BRZ, an IT company offering ERP software, payroll, consulting and training solutions, from Nürnberger Baugruppe, a construction company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This step follows the industrial logic of market consolidation and allows us to continue to grow through increased investment in technology and to provide marketable solutions at a much higher speed," Thomas Reich, BRZ Deutschland CEO.
