Nupo and IBL Group-backed Liva Healthcare completed the acquisition of Discover Momenta and Momenta Newcastle.

Nupo and IBL Group-backed Liva Healthcare, a provider of scalable digital-first health interventions, completed the acquisition of Discover Momenta, a healthtech company, and Momenta Newcastle, a health services provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Momenta and Liva share the same vision, and I am delighted we are joining forces. Our combined track records in programme and platform development and digital, virtual and in-person delivery are highly complementary. Liva's digital platform will enable many more people across the UK and beyond to benefit from Momenta's expert-developed chronic disease management programmes.
