Fae Technology to acquire Mas Elettronica.

Fae Technology, an Italian industrial group, agreed to acquire Mas Elettronica, a customized embedded solutions developer. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The acquisition of Mas Elettronica represents an important step in Fae Technology's growth path. This third M&A transaction carried out in little more than a year, fully consistent with the strategic guidelines declared during the IPO, contributes to the positioning of the Group as a new reference point in the national Tech scene and beyond," Gianmarco Lanza, Fae Technology President and CEO.
