Orisha and Emeria to acquire Seiitra.

Orisha, a European software publisher specializing in multiple sectors, including real estate and Emeria, a global leader in real estate services and technology, agreed to acquire Seiitra, a French software publisher and a key player in the digitalization of property management, condominium management, and real estate accounting. Financial terms were not disclosed.
