The Blackstone Group to acquire a majority stake in AI Fire from TruArc Partners for $1.1bn.

The Blackstone Group, a global investment company, agreed to acquire a majority stake in AI Fire, a commercial fire and life safety services provider, from TruArc Partners, a private equity firm, for $1.1bn. "We are incredibly proud of what the AI Fire team has accomplished during our ownership.
