Epiris-backed Stuart Turner to merge with Dutypoint.

Epiris-backed Stuart Turner, a UK manufacturer of water boosting solutions, agreed to merge with Dutypoint, a UK manufacturer of pump systems and distributor of pumps and accessories. Financial terms were not disclosed.
