MBK Partners and FormFactor completed the acquisition of FICT from Advantage Partners.

MBK Partners, a private equity firm, and FormFactor, a provider of test and measurement technologies for the semiconductor industry, completed the acquisition of FICT, a designer and manufacturer of high-end printed circuit boards and substrates, from Advantage Partners, a private equity investment firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This transaction solidifies our important collaboration with FICT to build world-class test and packaging consumables, and strengthens the semiconductor test supply chain serving the rapidly accelerating adoption of advanced packaging,” Mike Slessor, FormFactor CEO.
