Globus Medical to acquire Nevro for $250m.

Globus Medical, a global musculoskeletal company, agreed to acquire Nevro, a company delivering pain relief solutions for patients suffering from low back pain and other types of chronic pain, for $250m. “We are thrilled to join Globus Medical as this will allow us to reach more patients globally with clinically proven, innovative products that significantly reduce the burden of chronic pain.
