Credivera to acquire Oliu from ATB Ventures.

Credivera, provider of verifiable credentials for professionals, agreed to acquire Oliu, blockchain-identity management solution, from ATB Ventures, the research and innovation arm of ATB Financial, a financial institution. Financial terms were not disclosed.
