Goldman Sachs-backed Clear Group, an insurance management company, completed the acquisition of Phelan Caswell Insurances, an insurance and financial planning provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Phelan Caswell Insurances is a quality broker that adds significant value to our growing presence in Ireland.
