An investor consortium completed the acquisition of the Southeastern Grocers business from ALDI.

An investor consortium, including Southeastern Grocers and C&S Wholesale Grocers, completed the acquisition of the Southeastern Grocers business, including the Winn-Dixie and Harveys Supermarket banners, from ALDI, a discount supermarket chain.
