Prairie Operating to acquire the DJ Basin assets from Bayswater for $603m.

Prairie Operating, an energy focused company, agreed to acquire the DJ Basin assets from Bayswater, an oil and natural gas development company, for $603m. "Today's agreement represents the culmination of years of work by our talented and dedicated DJ Basin team. Bayswater has been operating in the DJ Basin since 2009.
