Gemspring Capital completed the acquisition of Creative Labs.

Gemspring Capital, a middle-market private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Creative Labs, a manufacturer and developer of branded and contract-manufactured haircare and skincare products. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Creative Labs has earned a reputation for excellence and innovation in the hair and personal care industry.
