Genux Power, an independent investment and asset management firm focused on the renewable energy sector, completed the acquisition of Empresa de Generación Eléctrica Vientos De Medianía, an electric generation company, from Blaud Energy, a renewable energy and energy efficiency solutions provider. Financial terms were not disclosed.
